VEYORA

Accessibility

Accessibility statement

We design Veyora to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion.

Our commitment

Veyora aims to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our public website and customer portal. Visa applications are stressful enough without an interface getting in the way.

What we build in

Semantic HTML landmarks and a single, meaningful heading structure on every page.

Visible keyboard focus states and full keyboard operability, including forms, tabs and dialogs.

Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA ratios in our Midnight Navy palette.

Text alternatives for images and decorative icons marked as hidden from assistive technology.

Form fields with programmatically associated labels, inline error messages and status announcements.

Layouts that reflow to 320px width and support 200% browser zoom without loss of content.

Known limitations

Some documents you upload are third-party PDFs and scans that we cannot make accessible on your behalf.

Complex case timelines are presented visually with an accompanying text status list; we continue to improve this.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of Veyora is difficult to use, email travels@veyoral.online with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers as a priority.
