Service fees only
This policy covers Veyora service fees. Government fees paid to an authority are not refundable by Veyora and must be pursued with that authority.
Before work begins
If you cancel before your case team has started substantive work, you may request a full refund of the Veyora service fee.
After work begins
Once document review, questionnaire review or application preparation has started, refunds are assessed pro rata against the work completed.
Refusals
Because Veyora does not decide visa applications, a refusal by a government authority is not itself grounds for a refund. If we made a material error in preparing your case, contact us and we will review it.
How to request
Send a refund request through the portal messaging centre or email support@veyoral.online. We respond within 10 business days.
