Veyora provides preparation, review, guidance and administrative assistance. Government authorities alone determine whether a visa is granted, refused or withdrawn.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise or guarantee any visa result, processing time, appointment availability or entry to any country. Any timelines shown are indicative only.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Providing false information to a government authority can carry serious consequences, including refusal and bans.
You are responsible for meeting deadlines, attending appointments and paying government fees directly to the relevant authority.
Fees
Veyora charges a service fee for assistance. Government fees, biometric fees, courier fees and third-party charges are separate and are not collected by Veyora unless expressly stated.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other customers' data, upload malicious files or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyora's total liability is limited to the service fees you paid for the affected case. We are not liable for government decisions, delays or changes in law.
