4. Secure document collection

- Upload each required document into private storage. Only you and your case team can open them.

- We review every file for legibility, validity dates and completeness, and request replacements where needed.
5. Case review and clarification

- Answer follow-up questions in the portal messaging centre.

- We review the whole package, resolve inconsistencies and prepare supporting explanations.
6. Submission guidance

- Book any required appointment, biometrics or interview slot and attend in person.

- We provide submission instructions, appointment preparation notes and a final checklist.
7. Decision recorded

- Share the authority's decision with us when you receive it.
